We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have 3 shipping options:

1: Free same day collection from our office on products ordered before 12PM

2: Standard local shipping - delivered within 3-5 business days: R80.00

3: Expedited shipping - deliverd within 2 business days: R99.00

The products will be shipped with their original packaging and documents. 

Please note all our goods are Parallel Imports.

A parallel import is a non-counterfeit product imported from another country without the permission of the intellectual property owner. Parallel imports are often referred to as grey product.

Although all our products are 100% authentic and brand new, unfortunatly, the manufacturers warranty will not be honoured.

If there are any issues with your product, we will happily accept it back within 30 days of receiving the product.
